Refund and Exchange Policy

This Refund and Exchange Policy (“Policy”) governs all transactions conducted through WINUKI, a brand owned and operated by MISHA ENTERPRISES (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By completing a purchase, the customer (“you” or “your”) acknowledges and agrees to the terms set forth herein.

1. Digital Products and Services

1.1 All sales of digital products, including but not limited to reports, downloadable materials, and professional services, are final.
1.2 Digital products and services are non-refundable and non-exchangeable under any circumstances.
1.3 By purchasing digital content from WINUKI, you expressly waive any right to request a refund, chargeback, or exchange for such products.

2. Apparel and Accessories

2.1 WINUKI accepts exchange requests for apparel and accessories only under the following conditions:

  • The item(s) received are incorrect (not as ordered); or

  • The item(s) are defective or damaged upon delivery.

2.2 To be eligible for an exchange:

  • You must submit a written request within 48 Hours of receiving your order.

  • The product must be returned in new, unused, and unworn condition, with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.

  • Returned items are subject to inspection and verification by MISHA ENTERPRISES prior to approval.

  • Items showing signs of wear, use, alteration, intentional damage, or removal of tags will be rejected.

2.3 If a replacement item is unavailable, store credit will be issued in lieu of an exchange.

3. Refunds

3.1 Cash or monetary refunds are not offered under any circumstances.
3.2 All approved refunds shall be issued exclusively as store credits, redeemable only at our website WINUKI.COM
3.3 Store credits are non-transferable, non-redeemable for cash, and expire after 12 months from date of issuance.

4. Procedure for Exchange or Refund Requests

4.1 To initiate an exchange or refund request, you must contact WINUKI Customer Support at support@winuki.com with your order number and a detailed explanation of your claim.
4.2 You may be required to provide photographic or video evidence of any claimed defect or damage prior to returning the item.
4.3 Upon receipt of your request, MISHA ENTERPRISES will provide instructions for returning the product, if applicable.
4.4 You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the product.

5. Fraud Prevention and Abuse

5.1 MISHA ENTERPRISES reserves the right to deny any exchange, refund, or credit request if it determines, in its sole discretion, that:

  • The claim is fraudulent or abusive;

  • The product was used, worn, or intentionally damaged; or

  • The claim does not meet the eligibility criteria outlined in this Policy.

5.2 Multiple or excessive return requests may be flagged and investigated as potential abuse.

6. No Chargebacks

6.1 By completing a purchase with WINUKI, you agree not to initiate any chargeback or payment dispute through your payment provider for any reason covered under this Policy.
6.2 Any attempt to circumvent this Policy through a chargeback or payment dispute will be considered fraudulent activity and may result in:

  • Immediate termination of your WINUKI account and cancellation of pending or future orders;

  • Forfeiture of any store credits or benefits associated with your account; and/or

  • Legal action by MISHA ENTERPRISES to recover any resulting damages, fees, or costs.

7. General Provisions

7.1 This Policy is incorporated by reference into the Terms and Conditions of MISHA ENTERPRISES and shall be governed accordingly.
7.2 MISHA ENTERPRISES reserves the right to update, amend, or modify this Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will become effective upon publication on the official WINUKI website.
