A: We offer two categories of products:
Digital Products – personalized reports, readings, and services (delivered via email).
Physical Products – apparel, jewelry, mugs, tote bags, and other accessories.
Q3: How long does it take to receive my order?
A: Order Delivery for
- Digital products: Delivered to your email within 36–48 hours of order confirmation.
Physical products: Dispatched in 1–2 days, delivered within 3–7 business days across India.
Q4: Do you accept returns or refunds on digital products?
A: No. All digital products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once purchased. Go through our exchange & refund policy for complete details.
Q5: Can I exchange apparel or accessories if I don’t like them?
A: Exchanges are only allowed if you received a defective product or the wrong item. The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Go through our exchange & refund policy for complete details.
Q6: How will I get my refund?
A: Refunds are issued as store credits only. No cash refunds. Store credits can be used to buy products but cannot be used to purchase digital credits or lucky draw entries.
Q7: What if my order is delayed?
A: We usually deliver in 3–7 days, but delays may happen due to courier issues or force majeure events (like strikes, lockdowns, or natural calamities). We’ll keep you updated, but we are not responsible for such delays.
